Dr. Saeed is a futurist, thought leader, author and a public keynote speaker. He has been into many positions: the founder and former Director General of the Emirates ID Authority, a former member of the scientific advisory committee of the UAE Space Agency, and a former Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs on information technology.

Currently, He is the director of the Center for Futures Studies at the University of Dubai, president of the Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) in the UAE, and a visiting lecturer in Responsible AI in the course: AI in the cloud and Edge Implementation at Oxford University.  He is a member of the Global Future Council of the World Economic Forum (WEF) on the future of the Metaverse, and he is on industrial advisory boards of several universities in the UAE.

He co-authored the book Digital Nation: How the UAE is building a future based on tech innovation. He has written several articles and reports that were published at Harvard Business Review Arabia and Dubai Policy Review Journal.

Dr. Saeed has been invited to speak at prestigious universities and international organizations including University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, the WEF, the UN,  and the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).

Mohammad Hassan has been the Executive Director of the Statistics and Data Science Sector at Federal Competitiveness and Statistic Center since 2015. His duties include coordination between public and private sector to achieve the national data and statistic strategy to support decision and policy-making. In addition to his membership in the United Nations Committee of Experts on Big Data and Data Science for Official Statistics.

Prior to that, he held several leadership positions. He worked between 2012 and 2015 as Director of Corporate Communication and External Affairs Department position in the Emirates Competitiveness Council in the Minister of State Office. In addition, he served as Public Sector Manager at Microsoft from 2007 to 2010, focusing on business development and increasing the efficiency of government services via digitalization utilizing cutting-edge technology and worldwide best practices. His banking expertise spans 11 years, during which he worked in financial services and information technology.

He holds a Master degree in Strategy and Security from National Defense College and Master Degree in International Business Law from University of Paris II. Having graduated from the “UAE Government Leaders” Program by UAE Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and “Impactful Leaders “Program by Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development, in addition to completing Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT Sloan) “Study of the Impacts of Artificial Intelligence on Business Strategy” and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the American National University.

Dr. Bushra leads many strategic initiatives in the city of Dubai such as Dubai Digital Skills Strategy, Dubai cybersecurity strategy, Dubai cybersecurity R&D agenda and Dubai digital policies. Bushra has more than 17 years of experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity and strategy management. She held different positions in different industries and organizations.

Dr. Bushra AlBlooshi published and participated in many national and international conferences. Dr. Bushra is currently a member of several advisory boards and committees nationally and internationally.

Dr.Bushra is the inventor of two patents in memory management and cloud security. She was recently awarded as the best executive in cybersecurity in Middle East by women in cyber security Middle East. She was also the lead author of a report published recently by the world economic forum in collaboration with international experts around the world.

AHMED AL HAMMADI

Ahmad is an information technology expert with solid experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies. He has over 15 years of continuous work experience in the IT industry across the Government sector.  Ahmed was able to effectively lead the successful execution and delivery of multiple transformational projects. His strategic goals gear towards providing digital-Services, minimize service delivery time, enhance staff efficiency, and improve accuracy and authenticity.   Moreover, Ahmad has built new innovative incubating models, programs, communication channels, and high-end strategies including the smart city strategy, artificial intelligence and Blockchain.

DR. LT. COL. HAMAD KHALIFA AL NUAIMI

In 2002, I Joined Abu Dhabi Police and started working as a Network technician, at the same time, my passion for educational qualifications was under my target. Thus, I worked hard in parallel and earned my HD (Higher Diploma) degree at CNET (computer Network Engineering Tech) from the HCT (Higher College of Technology ), as well as my Bachelor degree in computer Networking. In 2009, I applied for SU (Syracuse University) where I completed my master’s degree in Telecommunication Network Management. In 2018 I earned my PHD Project Management from the British University in Dubai.

More than 20+ Year experience in project management and Information Technology region. A member of UAE Leaders Digital Hub since, and part of British University future Program council. Also, an active member of ADU (Abu Dhabi University) continuing Education Program since 2020.

I attended more than 100+ events, workshops, and conferences internally and externally as a speakers or part of the panel discussion and most of them were about Network & Cyber Security and telecommunication as well as Digital Transformation with Future Accelerators. However, my responsibility at Abu Dhabi police GHQ as telecom division manager makes me always busy, I do have other role as a telecom committee manager for most of the events around Abu Dhabi city such as, Grand Prix Formula One event.

Suzan holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecological and Environmental Biology [UAE University] and Master of Science in Organizational Excellence [HBMSU]) and has more than 15 years of experience & certifications in various fields including: Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Crisis Management, Environment Health & Safety, Food Safety and Audit. She has participated in providing solutions in these specialized fields for both government agencies and the private sectors. She has also published a number of scientific articles internationally; contributed to the development and implementation of BC programs, disaster recovery strategies, risk assessment, BIAs; selected appropriate post-disruption continuity strategies; and developed plans, guidelines and standard operating procedures. Suzan also participates in several committees and works in teams at institutional, local (UAE), and international levels.
